The new entertainment precinct’s atrium structure blends seamlessly with the existing buildings, and the ETFE membrane provides transparency, light, and protection from the elements. The ETFE layer undulates slightly, reminiscent of a gentle wave, and has a 16 mm silver-dot fit pattern specifically selected to meet the thermal and optical requirements. ETFE, or Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene, is a much lighter alternative to glass structures, offering a modern and elegant solution.
